• Where do you travel?

    I’m based in Sydney but travel all around NSW for weddings. You’ll often find me in the Hunter Valley, Blue Mountains, Southern Highlands and beyond! Travel fees do apply for weddings more than 1 hour from Sydney, and are quoted based on the location of your wedding.

  • Can we meet with you before booking?

    Of course! I love nothing more than chatting about weddings. Let’s catchup for a coffee or wine, or a quick Zoom call if that’s easier, to get to know each other a little better. We’ll chat about your wedding plans and how I can help out, and I can answer any questions you have.

  • What if we don't know what we want?

    No problem. This is likely your first time planning a wedding, so you’re not supposed to have it all figured out from the moment you get engaged! I can help at any stage, and will recommend a package that suits what you need and where you’re up to in your planning.

  • Do you offer custom packages?

    Yes! My Consultation Hours and Month of Coordination are fixed packages, but we can always add onto these if you feel you need a little extra help in some areas. Or if for longer-term planning, we can put together a custom package for either partial or full wedding planning based on your needs. Get in touch to chat through details of what you’re after.

  • What's your experience in weddings & events?

    I’ve worked in corporate event management for 7 years, and have always been obsessed with weddings. When I got engaged and started planning my own wedding, I was instantly hooked. In January 2021, I finally took the leap to follow my passion and launch this small biz. I still work in corporate events as well, coz I’m a workaholic who likes to be kept busy!

We kind of threw her in the deep end as our original coordinator had to isolate due to covid 2 days before our wedding and we'd done most of our planning with her prior, and didn't have much time to meet and run through our vision. Amy and our original coordinator worked together and the day was seamless.

Amy is a great communicator, nothing is too much to ask and is so thoughtful and considered in everything she does. Even helping the venue to set up according to our styling plan when they were short staffed/ran out of time.

She helped with every single element of our day (even timing the bridal party down the aisle) and it really enabled us to live in and soak up the moment knowing that everything organisationally was in good hands and I couldn't recommend her highly enough! Amy even walked down to the beach we were having photos at with umbrellas for the bridal party as it had started raining while we were there.
