Meeting with you a month prior to talk through your plans, collect any items you have DIY'd and discuss how you envision it all coming together.
Reaching out to all suppliers to introduce myself as the main point of contact going forward, so you aren't bothered with any phone calls the morning of your wedding!
Developing a detailed run sheet for the day and communicating this with all suppliers and your bridal party and family where required.
Managing all vendors and their setup requirements on the day.
Setting out any personal items that aren’t managed by the venue such as programs, seating charts and guest books.
Overseeing food and beverage service, and queuing timings with your musicians for your grand entrance, cake cutting and formalities.
Attending to the needs of you, your bridal party and immediate family members on the day.
